About Ty

For more than 26 years, Ty Joslyn has built his career around helping

people navigate the real estate process with knowledge, integrity, and a

client-first approach. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Ty has a deep

connection to the Tampa Bay area and a firsthand understanding of the

lifestyle that makes it such a special place to call home.

His experience spans residential, luxury, and new-construction real estate,

including sales and leadership roles with some of the area’s leading

homebuilders and real estate companies. That experience gives Ty a

well-rounded perspective and allows him to provide thoughtful guidance

whether buying, selling, or investing.

Above all, Ty believes his clients’ interests should always come first. His

goal is to be a trusted advisor, advocate, and resource throughout every

step of the transaction.

Outside of real estate, Ty enjoys fitness, boating, spending time with his

wife and children, and being involved in his Temple.
